FlipTimer Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using FlipTimer (also named DDLFlipFocus), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms cover the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps and their widgets.

2. Services

FlipTimer is a productivity app for managing tasks, focus time and projects. Some features are free; others require a Pro purchase. Available products, prices and access periods are shown before purchase.

3. Accounts and data

You are responsible for protecting your device and Apple Account. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of iCloud is also subject to Apple's terms. Keep backups of information important to you.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. If you choose an auto-renewing subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of that period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. A one-time purchase, where offered, does not renew. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable rules. Any applicable trial, price and subscription duration are displayed in the purchase screen.

5. Intellectual property

The app's content, design and features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute the app without permission, except as permitted by law. You retain rights to the content you create.

6. Availability and liability

The app is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without additional warranties. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. 服务内容

FlipTimer 是用于管理任务、专注时间及项目的效率应用。部分功能免费，其他功能需要购买 Pro。可购买的商品、价格和权益期限会在购买前显示。

3. 账户与数据

你有责任保护设备及 Apple 账户安全。信息处理方式见我们的隐私政策。使用 iCloud 还须遵守 Apple 的相关条款。请为重要信息保留备份。

4. 购买与订阅

App Store 支付由 Apple 处理。选择自动续订订阅后，确认购买时将从你的 Apple 账户扣款。除非在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则订阅会自动续订，并在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取续订费用。你可以在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。如提供一次性购买，该商品不会自动续订。退款申请由 Apple 按其适用规则处理。适用的试用、价格和订阅时长会在购买页面显示。

5. 知识产权

应用的内容、设计和功能受知识产权法律保护。除法律允许外，未经许可不得复制、修改或分发应用。你保留对自己创建内容的权利。

6. 可用性与责任

应用按现有可用状态提供，不保证持续无中断或完全无错误。在法律允许的范围内，应用不提供额外保证。本条款不排除适用消费者法律所规定、不得排除的权利或救济。

7. 更新与联系
