Getting Help
For support, email apphezuo@163.com. Include the issue, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the app version.
You can also open Plant and Log, go to Settings, and choose Feedback.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can subscribe, cancel, or change a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
If you already subscribed, open Settings in the app and choose Restore purchases.
Photos and Plant Analysis
The app uses the photo you take or choose to identify the plant and create a simple watering plan. If analysis fails, check your network connection and try another clear photo.
Weather and Reminders
Outdoor watering suggestions may use your location to check local weather. Reminders use local notifications on your device.
iCloud Sync
Plant records can sync with iCloud when iCloud is enabled for the app and your device is signed in to iCloud.
