Data You Create

SideProject stores the projects, daily logs, time records, income, expenses, notes, moods, tags, settings, and analysis preferences you create in the app.

iCloud and Apple Sign In

Your data can sync through iCloud when iCloud is enabled on your device. If you choose Sign in with Apple, the app uses your Apple account only to support account access, purchase recovery, and sync-related app features.

Health Data

If you grant Health access, SideProject may read selected health context, such as sleep or activity signals, to help you understand work pace. Health data is read only and is not sold.

AI Analysis

If you use AI analysis, the app may send the minimum project and log context needed to generate an answer through the configured AI gateway. AI analysis is optional and requires your consent before use.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchase history are handled by Apple. The app may check purchase status to unlock premium features.

Analytics and Feedback

SideProject may collect basic product analytics, such as screen views, feature usage, and purchase events, to improve the app. If you send feedback, the message content may be used to diagnose issues and improve the product.

Children

SideProject is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change.
