SideProject Tutorial

A simple workflow for turning scattered work into useful records.

1. Create a Project

Add the project you want to track. Use one project for one business idea, product, client stream, or long-running experiment.

2. Add Daily Logs

Record what you worked on, how long it took, and any useful notes. A short daily entry is enough if it captures the work that actually happened.

3. Record Income and Expenses

Add revenue when money comes in and expenses when money goes out. This keeps ROI, profit, and hourly value close to reality.

4. Check Trends

Review time, income, expenses, and project momentum. Look for work that creates value and work that quietly consumes time without moving the project forward.

5. Decide the Next Move

Use the numbers and notes to decide whether to continue, pause, change the strategy, or invest more deeply in the project.
