Getting Help

For support, email apphezuo@163.com. Include the issue, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the app version.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can subscribe, cancel, or change a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.

If you already subscribed, open SideProject Settings and choose Restore purchases.

iCloud Sync

Project and log data can sync with iCloud when iCloud is enabled for the app and your device is signed in to iCloud.

AI Analysis

AI analysis requires network access and your consent to process the project context needed for the answer. If analysis fails, check your network connection and try again.

Account Deletion

If you use Apple Sign In, account deletion is available from Settings in the app. You can also contact support for help.
